1. 15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The garment must be unworn and unused

  • Tags must be intact

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not qualify for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted garments

5. Exchanges (Size Issues)

For size-related issues:

  • You may request a return (if eligible).

  • After approval, you can place a new order for the correct size.

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on stock availability.


6. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned garment:

  • We will notify you about approval status.

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days pass after approval, please contact us.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
